Terms & Conditions.

By accessing or using ARCRYN™ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including artists, labels, and other content creators.

• —"Platform" refers to ARCRYN™ and all related services.
• —"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
• —"Content" refers to any music, audio, artwork, metadata, or other materials uploaded to the Platform.
• —"DSP" refers to Digital Service Providers (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

By uploading Content to ARCRYN™, you grant us the non-exclusive, worldwide right to distribute, reproduce, and make available your Content to DSPs on your behalf. You retain full ownership of your copyrights and intellectual property.

You represent and warrant that:

• —You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload the Content.
• —Your Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• —All metadata provided is accurate and complete.

ARCRYN™ collects royalties from DSPs on your behalf and distributes them to your account per our payment schedule. You acknowledge that:

• —Payment processing may take 30–90 days from the date royalties are received from DSPs.
• —A minimum balance threshold may apply before withdrawals are processed.
• —You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings.
• —ARCRYN™ retains 25% of all royalties as its service fee.

You agree not to:

• —Upload Content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• —Manipulate or artificially inflate streaming numbers through any method.
• —Use the Platform for any illegal purpose under applicable law.
• —Attempt to circumvent any security or access control features of the Platform.
• —Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to remove your Content from DSPs, though this process may take several weeks depending on DSP processing timelines.

In no event shall ARCRYN™, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of the Platform.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
