You do. Always, at every plan level. ARCRYN is a distribution service — we route your music to platforms and collect royalties on your behalf. We hold no claim to your masters, publishing, or any rights.
No. The royalty percentage shown is what you keep. No additional platform fee is deducted from earnings. The only deduction from gross streaming revenue is what DSPs take before remitting to any distributor — that is standard across the industry and not specific to ARCRYN.
No. VEVO approval requires meeting VEVO's own eligibility criteria. Rise and Black make you eligible to apply through ARCRYN — but the final decision is VEVO's. The same applies to Official Artist Channel (OAC) eligibility.
Royalties are collected from DSPs, reconciled per release and per platform, and credited to your ARCRYN balance. You can request a payout once you reach the minimum threshold. Statements are itemized.
Rise is an annual subscription billed once for 365 days. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. When it expires, your account reverts to Starter. Your releases stay live on all platforms.
All releases stay live. You continue to earn royalties. Pro-only features — VEVO, OAC, manual claims — become inaccessible until you renew. Your music is never taken down due to a plan change.
Starter: 3–5 business days review. Rise: 24–48h priority review. Black: same-day. After approval, DSP delivery varies by platform — typically 24–72h.
We use Cashfree. You can pay via UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards, and most major Indian payment methods. All transactions are INR-denominated.
No. The royalty rate in effect when revenue is processed applies. Upgrading affects future payment cycles — not earnings already processed at the Starter rate.
Yes. We support catalog migration with ISRC and metadata preservation where possible. Our team coordinates the process. This is handled manually to prevent gaps in distribution.
