Any account found to engage in, facilitate, or benefit from fraudulent streaming activity will be subject to immediate termination without prior notice. All associated royalties will be forfeited. This policy admits no exceptions.

Platforms flag distributors with fraud patterns, affecting all delivered releases.

Fraudulent accounts degrade the quality signal of the entire platform.

What Constitutes Fraud.

  • —Bot-Generated Streams — use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to generate artificial plays, follows, saves, or playlist additions.
  • —Stream Farms — engagement with click farms, stream farms, or any service that provides artificial plays through coordinated human or automated networks.
  • —Playlist Manipulation — payment for playlist placement that includes artificial stream guarantees, or participation in playlist networks designed to inflate metrics.
  • —Self-Streaming — repeated streaming of your own content using multiple accounts, devices, or coordinated methods designed to artificially inflate play counts.
  • —Third-Party Fraud Services — purchase of streams, plays, followers, or any metric from third-party services, regardless of how those services claim to generate their numbers.
  • —Facilitation — knowingly distributing content on behalf of an artist or label engaged in any of the above, or benefiting from fraudulent activity without direct involvement.

Detection and Consequences.

Active Monitoring.

Continuous systems analyze streaming patterns, geographic distributions, device fingerprints, and behavioral anomalies across all distributed content.

DSP Collaboration.

We work directly with digital service providers to identify flagged content, share fraud signals, and respond to platform-level suspicion reports.

Immediate Action.

Upon detection, ARCRYN™ may immediately suspend distribution, withhold pending royalties, and initiate account review — without prior warning.

Legal Recourse.

ARCRYN™ reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages, recovery of fraudulently obtained royalties, and associated legal costs.

Consequences of violation:

  • —Immediate and permanent account termination
  • —Forfeiture of all pending and held royalties
  • —Removal of all content from all distribution networks
  • —Permanent ban from the ARCRYN™ platform
  • —Potential civil legal action for damages and fraud recovery
